From the moment we arrived, the warm and attentive staff made us feel right at home. The room was elegantly designed, with a cozy terrace overlooking the serene garden where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The housekeeping was impeccable, with fresh linens and toiletries replenished daily.We took advantage of the grocery shopping service to stock up on local ingredients and had a relaxing evening preparing a traditional Mexican meal in our well-equipped kitchenette.The hotel's shuttle service made it convenient for us to explore the nearby beaches and quaint villages, giving us a taste of the local culture. The tours and ticket assistance offered by the hotel allowed us to discover hidden gems and off-the-beaten-path treasures in the area.Lula Seaside Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail, personalized service, and tranquil atmosphere made our romantic getaway truly unforgettable. We look forward to returning to this hidden gem on our next visit to Playa del Carmen.
